“ The best ice cream you can get hands down, made with love and attention for quality and detail. Absolutely amazing waffle cones, too. And if you’re lucky you may even get a chance to try the most amazing and possibly only ‘Spaghetti Ice Cream’ (Spaghettieis - Google it!) on the South Island. ”
“ In Dunedin visiting family and popped by after dinner on Sunday (22/06) and had a wonderful experience! Sister is Coeliac and when stated this, the person working made sure to go and wash their hands, as well as getting a fresh cup and spoon out of the bag, rather than ones already out. On top of that the Gelato was absolutely DELICIOUS. We may have to make another visit before heading home! ”
“ Wonderful gelato, dense yet soft and creamy ? ! Nice selection of flavors. ”
“ I tried five different flavours – Tiramisu, Whittaker’s Chocolate, Strawberry, Pistachio, and Banana Cheesecake. Among them, my favourites were the Strawberry, Tiramisu, and especially the Pistachio – honestly, it was the best pistachio gelato I’ve ever had from any gelato shop. My friend got the Kinder Bueno flavour, and that one was absolutely delicious too. The waffle bowl was perfectly crispy and nutty, and it didn’t get soggy at all from the gelato – just perfect. The owner told us that everything is made in-house, and I think that’s really amazing and impressive. The price was great, and after trying so many gelato places in different areas, I can honestly say this one was the best. The owner was incredibly kind and cheerful too – it made the whole experience even better. I was quite tired that day after a long drive, but thanks to the delicious gelato and the cheerful, kind owner, I felt refreshed and recharged. It really made my day ”
“ This was one of the stops the tour guide took us to. He was spot on with the gelato being very good. They had some concoction with chocolate and crunchies and vanilla gelato. That was absolutely amazing and I apologize but I cannot remember the name and they don't have it on the menu. We had it in a homemade waffle bowl and it was all delicious. This is not a chain. It's the only one around. ”
“ One of my fave places to get a sweet treat in Dunedin, I normally get the tiramisu or pistachio but there’s plenty to choose from including vegan options. The apple crumble one the other day was delicious, also the homemade waffle cones are a bonus. Customer service is always exceptional, can’t recommend enough! ”
“ A little shop front to grab your gelato and go! Simple menu but all really good. Lots of vegan and gluten free options too! ”
